The site provides additional features for viewing and interacting with the data and for downloading the data in various formats.*** \n \nRegional Ecosystems (Pre\\-Clearing) in the Brisbane City Council area.\n\n \n\n\nRegional ecosystems (RE's) are vegetation communities in a bioregion that are consistently associated with a particular combination of geology, landform and soil (Sattler and Williams 1999, Vegetation Management Act 1999\\).\n\n \n\n\nPre\\-clearing identifies the original extent of vegetation communities before anthropogenic clearing occurred. The pre\\-clearing map classifies vegetation communities into regional ecosystems as per the regional ecosystems descriptions database ([REDD](https://data.qld.gov.au/dataset/regional-ecosystem-description-database)), using the Methodology for Survey and Mapping of Regional Ecosystems and Vegetation Communities in Queensland. 区域生态系统（Regional Ecosystems，REs）是指生物区内始终与特定地质、地形与土壤组合相关联的植被群落（Sattler与Williams 1999，《1999年植被管理法》）。

“清理前”（Pre-clearing）指代人为清理活动发生前植被群落的原始分布范围。本清理前地图依据《昆士兰州区域生态系统与植被群落调查与制图方法（3.2版）》，通过区域生态系统描述数据库（Regional Ecosystems Description Database，REDD）中的区域生态系统描述规范，将植被群落划分为对应的区域生态系统类型。

本数据集源自昆士兰州植物标本馆2015年区域生态系统数据集。
