To study the effect of dLsd1 knockdown on gene expression in oogenesis, we performed transcripts profiling by microarray in wild type ovaries and ovaries depleted for dLsd1. Changes in gene expression upon dLsd1 depletion were measured in Drosophila ovaries. To deplete dLsd1, we drove the expression of an RNAi against dLsd1 using the Act5C-GAL4 driver, which drives the expression of the RNAi ubiquitously. Experiments were performed in biological triplicates.
