Gene expression analysis of the effect of MIDKINE (MDK) on bone marrow cells cultured with Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG). Bone marrow cells from C57BL/6J mice were flushed and cultured with Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG) (50 ng/ml) and with or without recombinant human MIDKINE (10 ng/ml) for 3 days. 500ng of total RNA samples were used. Each condition was analyzed in triplicates.
