iCOMIC

In this directory, we have provided all the necessary files needed to run the tool iCOMIC. The iCOMIC GUI is an integrated interface designed to perform data analysis and interpretation of -omics datasets. It contains two machine learning algorithms developed in-house for predicting driver and passenger mutations based on mutational context (NBDriver) and tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes from somatic mutation data (cTaG). In order to run NBDriver, the user needs to download the hg19.fa reference genome file and put it in the /icomic/NBDriver_iCOMIC/" directory. We have also provided access to the demo data, reference genome, known variants file, annotation file to run DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, cTaG and NBDriver.本目录已提供运行工具iCOMIC所需的全部必要文件。iCOMIC图形用户界面（Graphical User Interface，GUI）是一款集成化交互界面，专为组学（-omics）数据集的数据分析与解读而设计。其内置两款自研机器学习算法：其一为基于突变背景预测驱动突变与乘客突变的NBDriver，其二为基于体细胞突变数据预测肿瘤抑制基因与癌基因的cTaG。若需运行NBDriver，用户需下载hg19.fa参考基因组文件，并将其放置于/icomic/NBDriver_iCOMIC/目录下。本目录同时提供了用于运行DNA测序（DNA-Seq）、RNA测序（RNA-Seq）、cTaG及NBDriver的演示数据、参考基因组、已知变异文件与注释文件。
