VT Data - Current Use Program Properties

This table represents the most recently available complete statewide list of enrolled properties in Vermont's Current Use (CU) Program, including both agriculture and forestry enrollments. It can be joined or related with standardized statewide parcel data by School Property Account Number (SPAN). CU pertains to the Use Value Appraisal of Agricultural, Forest, Conservation, and Farm Buildings Property. The CU Program is administered by the Division of Property Valuation and Review (PVR) within the Vermont Department of Taxes and questions about the data should be directed there. Tabular CU data without geometry are presented here as there is no digitized source of enrolled areas. CU data can be joined or related with statewide standardized parcel data, but in doing so please note that an entire parcel's area may not be enrolled and thus does not reflect the extent of CU enrolled areas on a map.
