Forming process failures

When producing bolts in a cold forging process, the pressure signals are recorded per cycle of forming bolt. The dataset is collected from experiments of different failure modes of a forming machine. Two experiments were recorded in csv format for providing four failure modes, including core broken, cavity block, insufficient lubrication, and material out-of-specification, as well as one normal mode. The two experiments were performed in the same machine with different cavities and cores, and saved in Experimental Data for Modeling and Testing.

本数据集采集自某成型机不同失效模式下的实验，共开展两组实验并以CSV格式存储，涵盖四种失效模式：芯杆断裂（core broken）、型腔堵塞（cavity block）、润滑不足（insufficient lubrication）、材料规格不符（material out-of-specification），以及一种正常工况模式。
两组实验均在同一台成型机上完成，仅更换了不同的型腔与芯杆，相关数据存储于Experimental Data for Modeling and Testing目录下。
