Differentially-expressed genes between Drosophila melanogaster female adult flies that are fed with control (normal) diets and high-sugar diets

The project aims to identify genes affected by high-sugar diets in the generalist fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster. We did RNA-seq analyses using the guts of wild type D. melanogaster (Oregon R) that were fed with control (8% glucose) diets and high-sugar (30% glucose) diets.
