Naegleria gruberi transcriptomes during differentiation and mitosis

RNA-Seq Transcriptomes of Naegleria gruberi (strain NEG) during flagellate differentiation and synchronized mitosis. The goal of this study is to compare the transcriptional responses during these two processes, especially the expression of regulators of microtubule network assembly and organization.
