资源简介:
This dataset contains the source data for the figures in the following publication:
Title: Monitoring intracellular antibiotic concentrations in real-time using allosteric biosensors
Authors: Daria Fleckenstein*, Andreas Kaczmarczyk*, Niklas Breitenbach-Netter, Gili Rosenberg, Roman Peter Jakob, Isabel Sorg, Amanzhol Kurmashev, Carlos Flores, Eva Jiménez-Siebert, Elinor Morris, Steffi Klimke, Sarah Tschudin-Sutter, Andreas Hierlemann, Timm Maier, Christoph Dehio, Urs Jenal#, Knut Drescher#

Description of the dataset:
The data is organized by figures in the publication referenced above. For each figure, there is a XLSX-file that contains the non-image data. For figures that are based on image data, there is a ZIP-archive that contains the raw image data.
Example: For Figure 2 in the main text of the publication, there following data are available:
image data: Fig2.zip
non-image data: Fig.2_c_d.xlsx (the letters c,d indicate the panel names within the figure)
Example: For Figure 1 in the main text of the publication, no microscopy images were used. Therefore, the following files are available:
non-image data: Fig.1_d-l.xlsx (the letters d-l indicate the panel names within the figure)

Fig2.zip
非图像数据:Fig.2_c_d.xlsx(其中字母c、d代表该图内的子图面板名称)
示例2:该论文正文图1未使用显微图像,因此仅提供以下文件:
非图像数据:Fig.1_d-l.xlsx(其中字母d-l代表该图内的子图面板名称)
