This report presents a summary of issues raised in submissions by the community, organisations and agencies associated with the revised design presented within the Design amendment report (April 2020) and provides a response to the issues raised. Issues previously addressed in the Response to submissions report (April 2020) are not discussed again in this report in any detail. A summary of these issues is provided in Table 2-4 together with a reference to the corresponding section in the Response to submissions report (April 2020) where a response was provided
