IntraPG-HSI representative public sample package Dataset name IntraPG-HSI representative public sample package Purpose This record provides a representative public sample package for the IntraPG-HSI dataset described in the manuscript “An Intraoperative Hyperspectral Imaging Dataset with Parathyroid-Focused Annotations During Thyroidectomy”. The package is intended to allow readers, reviewers and users to inspect the data format, metadata structure, annotation masks, visualization files and minimal reading workflow. The complete IntraPG-HSI dataset is not included in this Zenodo record because the full-resolution intraoperative hyperspectral imaging resource is large and contains human surgical-scene data. The complete dataset is available through controlled access as described in the Data Availability Statement of the manuscript. Data summary Number of sample HSI image records: 5 Number of de-identified patients/case groups: 5 Spectral range: approximately 396.43–1004.82 nm Number of spectral bands: 300 File format: ENVI header/binary hyperspectral files Included labels: PG, FAT, TG, LN, MS, Blood, Tra and ESO-RLN when available All sample records contain PG annotations White/dark-reference corrected intensity products are provided for the sample records; independent raw white-reference and dark-reference files are not uniformly distributed as separate files. FAT, TG, LN and MS denote fat, thyroid gland, lymph node and muscle, respectively. Tra denotes trachea. Blood and ESO-RLN are retained as contextual labels when available. Unclassified or Ignore denotes unannotated or uncertain pixels. Ignore regions are not verified background and should be excluded from default semantic segmentation evaluation unless a new relabelling protocol is introduced.
