List of monuments

Cultural monuments are protected by law and must be entered in a register, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not exhaustive, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned up. All ‘cultural monuments of particular importance’ previously entered in the old ‘memorial book’ under the Monument Protection Act of before 2015 have been automatically included in the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been finally updated (description, scope of protection).文化古迹（cultural monuments）受法律保护，且必须纳入登记体系，即所谓的古迹名录（list of monuments）。相关所有权人将收到其所有的文化古迹被纳入该名录的通知。与此同时，本古迹名录在此公开发布，并每周更新一次。该古迹名录并非穷尽式收录，而是会持续接受审核、补充与清理。此前依据2015年之前的《古迹保护法》（Monument Protection Act）被纳入旧古迹登记册的所有‘特别重要的文化古迹’，已自动被纳入新的古迹名录，但其相关条目表述（包括描述内容、保护范围）尚未完成最终更新。
