The experiment was designed to display differential gene expression profiling changes in two human non-small cell lung cancer cells A549 and H1299 upon knockout of USP22 gene, by using RNAseq technology. USP22 was knocked out in Non-small cancer cell lines A549 and H1299 by two individual Crispr/Cas9 sgRNAs. Total RNA was extracted from each USP22 knockout clone and control parental cells for RNAseq analysis. Differentially expressed genes in USP22 knockout NSCLC cells were identified in comparison to that in parental NSCLC cells.
