S2D+T dataset - Spine detection in 2D, time-tracking, and morphology estimation

This is the S2D+T dataset, containing images for several volumes acquired with two-photon imaging from mouse auditory cortex. The annotations include: the coordinates of 2D bounding boxes where dendritic spines are located, and the spine ID that tracks the identity of an object over time. Additionally, we include files with the location of 2D spines and two morphological features manually estimated (see publication for more details on this procedure).

本数据集为S2D+T数据集，包含多组通过双光子成像（two-photon imaging）采集的小鼠听觉皮层体积影像数据。其标注信息涵盖：树突棘（dendritic spines）所在位置的二维边界框（2D bounding boxes）坐标，以及用于随时间追踪物体身份的树突棘ID。此外，本数据集还附带包含二维树突棘位置与两项手动估算形态学特征的相关文件，有关该处理流程的详细细节可参阅相关发表文献。
