This is the S2D+T dataset, containing images for several volumes acquired with two-photon imaging from mouse auditory cortex. The annotations include: the coordinates of 2D bounding boxes where dendritic spines are located, and the spine ID that tracks the identity of an object over time. Additionally, we include files with the location of 2D spines and two morphological features manually estimated (see publication for more details on this procedure).
