FASTA files containing contigs corresponding to the individual genomes extracted from the simulated metagenome using SprayNPray. Each file contains contigs originating from the genome whose name is included in the file name.

本数据集包含通过SprayNPray工具从模拟宏基因组（simulated metagenome）中提取的各单基因组所对应的重叠群（contig）的FASTA格式文件。每个文件中的重叠群均源自文件名中所标注名称的对应基因组。
