RE1 Silencing Transcription Factor (REST) is a repressor of transcriptional initiation of genes involved in neurogenesis. Here, we conditionally elevate REST expression in cerebellar granule cell progenitors (CGNPs) of REST-Tg mice and conduct transcriptome-wide analysis of RNA expression (RNA-seq), chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq), and epigenetic histone modification profiles (ChIP-seq).
