This project aims to identify and analyze the molecular characteristics of the animal pathogen Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis MB20 biovar equi. The data generated will serve to better understand the host-pathogen interaction and evaluate new molecular targets for the development of vaccines against ulcerative lymphangitis in horses.
