These two datasets comprise the Rutherford backscattering spectrometry results from the last global migration experiment in TEXTOR by MoF6 injection. The materials assessed with this technique were molybdenum, tungsten and ferritic metals (heaviest component: Ni or Cu - denoted "Ni" in the dataset). The data gives information about these materials deposited on the tokamak limiters, in 1E15/cm2 or ppm, at positions denoted in degrees (torus coordinate system). Details are given in the .txt file "column_names", as well as in the header comments of the Excel sheets.

本数据集包含两套数据,均为TEXTOR装置上末次全局迁移实验中,通过六氟化钼(MoF6)注入得到的卢瑟福背散射光谱法(Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry)测试结果。本次测试的受试材料包括钼、钨以及铁素体金属,其最重组分为镍或铜,数据集中均记为"Ni"。数据记录了沉积于托卡马克(tokamak)限制器上的上述材料的相关信息,含量单位为1×10¹⁵/cm²或ppm,测量位置以环形坐标系下的角度(单位:度)标注。详细说明可参见名为"column_names"的TXT文件,以及各Excel工作表的表头注释。
