Triploid genotypes

Sample genotyping dataset from a triploid F1 population (cross between a diploid mother and tetraploid father), modelled on a Musa spp. dataset. 本数据集为仿照芭蕉属（Musa spp.）数据集构建的三倍体F1群体基因分型样本集，该群体由二倍体母本与四倍体父本杂交获得。本数据集通过系谱模拟软件（PedigreeSim）（Voorrips & Maliepaard, 2012）进行模拟，其中染色体结构重排的建模参考了Ahmad等人（2020）的研究数据。
