Mover Alerts

Mover Alerts is an address-based data product containing the details of UK addresses where the property is being marketed for sale or rent.

Mover Alerts can be used by organisations to identify when a customer has placed their property on the market for sale or rent and to track progress of the sale / rental over time. It is ideal for organisations to use as a retention tool and to monitor account activity to prevent fraud etc.

Mover Alerts is available to organisations via The Ark’s JetStream key-to-key matching solution, within the Snowflake platform and can be delivered as a proactive solution whereby we notify the organisation whenever we see a customer’s address listed for sale or rent.

This data product contains the following fields:

- Ark Address Key (PK)
- UDPRN
- Address Lines 1 – 5
- Postcode
- Status (e.g. Listed for Sale, Under Offer, Sold etc)
- Modified Date
- Property Type
- Number of bedrooms, receptions and bathrooms
- Tenure
- UPRN
- Record UUID
- SCD data start (PK)
- SCD data end
