The objective of this study was to evaluate the ecological and phylogenetic signal in the craniomandibular morphology of a set of bat species present in four ecoregions of Paraguay. A total of 711 specimens, corresponding to a total of 27 genera and 42 species belonging to four bat families recorded for Paraguay were analyzed using geometric morphometric, with images lateral view of the mandible (n = 708) and the lateral view of the cranium (n = 690).
