Epigenome analysis of human blood and saliva samples

Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of human blood and saliva samples. The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation 450k BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 480,000 CpGs in blood and saliva samples provided from 22 persons, and saliva samples from 3 persons. Bisulfite converted DNA from the 44 samples (saliva and blood) and 12 samples (saliva only) were analyzed by the hybridization to the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation 450k BeadChip.
