THE FILM AT 2.15,2.5,AND 2.8 GEV/C (DATA SET 1) WAS MEASURED WITH HAND DIGITIZERS AND WE HAVE COMBINED A 5 PCT ANGLE DEPENDENT EFFICIENCY UNCERTAINTY AND A 2 PCT ANGLE DEPENDENT BACKGROUND SUBTRACTION UNCERTAINTY WITH THE GIVEN STATISTICAL ERRORS FOR THESE DATA.
