MRI raw data

The summary is found on the first page of the Excel file (N4S in vivo Results) containing the results of the entire experiment. This sheet includes the coding of the treatments, and the results grouped by treatment, which include neuroscore, infarct volume and oedema, % of LDF change at occlusion and at reperfusion, and initial and final body weight. The results are compiled in an Excel document called 'N4S in vivo Results'.
