A subset of carbapenem non-susceptible Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from human sources between 2013 and 2020 in Switzerland (PRJNA758223) was investigated and characterized by short and long read sequencing (Illumina and Nanopore). Hybrid assemblies were generated with Unicycler (v0.4.8) by combining Illumina short read (NovaSeq 6000 sequencer; 2 x 150-bp paired-end reads) and Nanopore long read (MinION; FLO-MIN 106D R9 flow cell; SQK-RBK004 1D library) sequencing technologies.
