亚洲柑橘木虱（Asian citrus psyllids）对亚洲韧皮部杆菌（Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus，CLas）的识别与应答机制目前仍不甚明确。本研究采用染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）技术，对新型转录因子活化T细胞核因子（NFAT）的转录激活过程以及抗菌效应因子的表达水平展开了测序分析。
