CRISPR knockout of EZH1 in AML cell line

We wanted to ensure the specificity of the EZH1 antibody that I was working with in previous posts, as well as creating a useful reagent to use in future experiments by generating a CRISPR knockout line of EZH1.我们旨在验证我在过往博文里所使用的EZH1抗体（EZH1 antibody）的特异性，并通过构建EZH1的CRISPR敲除细胞系（CRISPR knockout line），为后续实验制备一款实用试剂。
