GIC data at MMB and SYG

The geomagnetically induced current (GIC) data obtained at Memambetsu(MMB) and Shin-Yamaguchi (SYG) in Japan are used in the paper submitted to Space Weather. The title of the paper is "<strong>Empirical model for reproduction of the geomagnetically induced currents at middle latitudes" by </strong>Kikuchi et al. The format of the data is in ascii as described in the text files. Note that the time of MMB is JST(UT+9) and SYG is in UT.本次投稿至《Space Weather》的研究中，采用了日本女满别（Memambetsu, MMB）与新山口（Shin-Yamaguchi, SYG）站点所采集的地磁感应电流（geomagnetically induced current, GIC）数据。该论文标题为《中纬度地磁感应电流重现经验模型》（Empirical model for reproduction of the geomagnetically induced currents at middle latitudes），作者为Kikuchi等学者。数据格式为ASCII，具体说明详见配套文本文件。需注意：女满别站点采用日本标准时间（JST, UT+9），新山口站点采用世界时（UT）。
