The root, stem, leaf and flower of Artemisia annua L. were sequenced by SMRT, and isoform generated by alternative splicing of gene was identified by combining the RNA-seq data.Then the expression level of IR isoform under different light treatments was analyzed and its function was analyzed to predict its regulatory effect on the mechanism of artemisinin biosynthesis.
