Publication of datasets for the GBCL Project

For the GBCL Project, having tags can help team members and others external to the project to access and locate datasets easily. With the immensity of the GBCL Project's data assets, there is a need for a tagging standard to help find and access specific datasets. Evidence communicated from the GBCL technical lead below was used to create tagging groups and categories.
