Code and aggregate derived data for comparative associations of seven body shape indicators with prevalent cardiovascular disease in NHANES 2005–2018

This record contains portable R code and aggregate, non-identifying derived data supporting a cross-sectional analysis of seven body shape indicators and prevalent cardiovascular disease in U.S. adults using NHANES 2005–2018, together with a secondary exploratory extension using the NCHS 2019 public-use linked mortality files. The deposit includes aggregate data underlying the reported tables and figures, complete coefficient-level outputs for survey-weighted logistic, Cox, and Fine–Gray regression models, model diagnostics, multiplicity-family mappings, metadata, software environment information, and file checksums. This record does not contain or redistribute participant-level NHANES data.
