Honey DNA metabarcoding

Since there are limited researches comparing floral preference of different honeybees and most of the information is based on visual records in the field, the aim of this research is to study floral composition of honey from two different honeybees A. cerana and A. mellifera using rbcL metabarcoding approach, in order to investigate the foraging preference and behavior of these two important pollinators in a same environmental condition to understand the level of their competition on floral resources.
