Spatial estimates of relative abundance for the ecosystem model Atlantis-GOM

This dataset contains all the spatial estimates of relative abundance predicted for the ecosystem model Atlantis-GOM, using statistical habitat models fitted to: (1) the survey data contained in the dataset whose UDI is "FL.x703.000:0004" or "FL.x703.000:0005"; and (2) the environmental data contained in the dataset whose UDI is "FL.x703.000:0006". The data provided here in shapefiles are estimates of relative abundance for the different functional groups, species and life stages represented in the Atlantis-GOM model. The estimates provided here are not for specific years, but rather long-term, average relative abundances for the period 2000-present.

本数据集包含针对生态系统模型Atlantis-GOM的相对丰度空间预测结果，所有预测均基于适配于以下两类数据的统计栖息地模型生成：(1) 数据集UDI为“FL.x703.000:0004”或“FL.x703.000:0005”的调查数据；(2) 数据集UDI为“FL.x703.000:0006”的环境数据。本数据集以形状文件（Shapefile）格式提供的数据，为Atlantis-GOM模型中涵盖的各类功能群、物种及其生活史阶段的相对丰度估算值。本次提供的估算值并非针对特定年份，而是2000年至今时段的长期平均相对丰度。
