This file contains raw data and R.code associated with all the figures of the article entitled <i>Vegetation drives the structure of active microbial communities on an acidogenic mine tailings deposit</i>. The files for Fig.2, 4, and 5 contain the raw data for the 30 most abundant 16S or ITS taxa, as well as the physico-chemical characteristics of the soils and mine tailings. The files for Fig.3, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9 contain the R.code associated with the raw data of the 16S and ITS taxa, as well as that for the physico-chemical characteristics of the soils and mine tailings. The file for Fig.10 contains the R.code and raw data related to 16S and ITS chaos results. The file for Table S1 contains the raw data associated with this table. Finally, the files for Tables S5 and S6 contain raw data consisting of soil and mine tailings' physico-chemical characteristics, in addition to the R code associated with these tables. The raw data listed are for the Venn's Tables.
