Transcriptome profiling of bone marrow LSK cells in control and dopamine receptors knockout mice

We performed RNA sequencing analyses of adult mouse bone marrow lineage-negative, Sca-1-positive, and c-kit-positive (LSK) multipotent progenitor cells in wildtype and Drd2 Drd3 double knockout mice Adult LSK cells from control and Drd2 Drd3 double knockout mice were sorted by FACS. FACS sorted LSK cells were directly collected in RLT lysis buffer and processed for RNA-Seq.
