Structural Genomics Pipeline for 39 protein targets from UPEC strain UTI-89 and 57 protein targets from Rickettsia parkeri

Protein targets from Uropathogenic E. coli (UPEC) strain UTI-89 structural genomics pipeline listing Uniprot Accession number, expressed protein (or protein fragment) and success in recombinant protein expression and solubility testing. All total 39 E. coli proteins were attempted with 79 distinct constructs for expression in E. coli. 10 soluble proteins were obtained from this analysis. 57 R. parkeri targets were attempted with 80 constructs and 44 were soluble. This dataset is paired with a Current Protocols paper (https://doi.org/10.1002/cpz1.70188) on high throughput method to test expression and solubility of proteins using synthetic plasmids as a starting point.本数据集源自尿路致病性大肠杆菌（Uropathogenic E. coli, UPEC）菌株UTI-89的结构基因组学研究流程，收录了Uniprot登录号（Uniprot Accession Number）、目标表达蛋白（或蛋白片段）以及重组蛋白表达与可溶性检测的成功情况。本次研究共针对39种蛋白设计构建了79个独立的表达构建体，用于大肠杆菌宿主的蛋白表达实验。经本分析最终获得10种可溶性蛋白。本数据集配套发表了一篇方法学论文，该论文报道了以合成质粒为起始材料的蛋白质表达与可溶性高通量检测方法。
