本数据集对转染有+FSS 2xMF标签的U-2 OS细胞开展了总时长约40分钟的追踪观测，用于研究移码位点的k_off解离动力学。实验以每5帧为采样间隔，使用561 nm（对应0帧）与488 nm（对应-1帧）激光完成成像；同时采用647 nm（用于标记RNA）激光对每帧图像进行采集。最终对约13层Z轴切片执行最大强度投影处理。
