Gradually establish a relatively stable and good ecosystem in the planned vegetation restoration area, and under the influence of simulated artificial rainfall, the mechanism of soil microbial diversity composition and change under two different vegetation combination restoration modes, includingthe agroforestry planting patterns was developed for the light rocky desertification of the karst plateau: Paspalum wetsfeteini+ Pyracantha fortuneana + Apium graveolens + Phaseolus vulgaris, and for the intense rocky desertification: Calohypnum plumiforme + Paspalum wetsfeteini+ Pyracantha fortuneana + Lonicera japonica.
本数据集以在规划植被修复区内逐步构建相对稳定且优良的生态系统为核心目标,针对喀斯特高原轻度石漠化与强度石漠化区域,探究模拟人工降雨条件下两种不同植被组合修复模式(含农林间作种植模式)下土壤微生物多样性的组成与变化机制。其中,针对轻度石漠化的植被组合为:圆果雀稗 (Paspalum wetsfeteini) + 火棘 (Pyracantha fortuneana) + 旱芹 (Apium graveolens) + 菜豆 (Phaseolus vulgaris);针对强度石漠化的植被组合为:灰羽藓 (Calohypnum plumiforme) + 圆果雀稗 (Paspalum wetsfeteini) + 火棘 (Pyracantha fortuneana) + 忍冬 (Lonicera japonica)。
