Datasets correspond to the numerical model results and experimental data from the research paper: T. Lafleur and P. Chabert, "Similarity Parameters and Scaling Laws", Plasma Sources Science and Technology (2025), https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1361-6595/add562 The file "rate_coefficients.xlsx" provides the computed rate coefficient data as a function of electron temperature, T_e, used for the propellants xenon (Xe), krypton (Kr), and argon (Ar). Each column in the file is labelled according to a specific variable of interest, which includes the ionization rate coefficient K_iz, the momentum transfer rate coefficient, K_m, and the average collisional energy loss, varepsilon_c.
