The dataset provide informations about a) the foliar fertilization calendar (Table 1S), the year and treatments effect on the macro- and micronutrient content in leaves (Table 2S) and fruit (Table 5S), as well as the comparison of the mineral content in leaves and fruit among analyzed groups with different fruit set or differently treated by the fruit thinning (Tables 3S and 4S for macro- and micronutrients in leaf DM; Tables 6S and 7S for macro- and micronutrients in fruit DM). Table 1S supplement the description of the fertilization during the trial with further detail about the dates, type of fertilizers, their concentrations and dosage. The data in the tables 2S-7S were used to support the results presented in PCA with mean values and the statistical significance.
