Dataset for the paper: "Technical Development and Implementation of 3D-QALAS on a 1.5T MR-Linac for the Brain: A Prospective R-IDEAL Stage 0/1 Technology Development Report".There are two folders at the top level: "phantom" and "volunteer".Inside the "phantom" folder will be all of the images from the phantom acquisitions across five sessions and two repetitions per session. The segmentation for the phantom vials is given as well. Within each repetition, there will be a separate NIfTI file for the quantitative T1, T2, and PD.Inside the "volunteer" folder will be the quantitative T1, T2, and PD along with all of the reconstructed images from SyMRI. Note, AX = axial, CSF = cerebrospinal fluid, DIR = double inversion recovery, FLAIR = fluid attenuated inversion recovery, GM = grey matter, MYC = myelin content, NAC = non-aqueous component, PDW = proton density weighted, PSIR = phase sensitive inversion recovery, T1W = T1-weighted, T2W = T2-weighted, WM = white matter, WMsupp = white matter suppressed.The code for the analysis in the paper is at: https://github.com/Lucas-Mc/QALAS-MRL_R-IDEAL_0-1
