资源简介:
Humanized Liver Chimeric Mice (HLCM)-derived human hepatocytes (HLCM-HH) were challenged with HBV or HDV as monoinfection or HBV-HDV coinfection, followed by the extraction of total cellular RNA for the subsequent poly-A based mRNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: HBV and HDV infection of Terminally Differentiated Human Hepatocytes. In brief, Humanized Liver Chimeric Mice (HLCM)-derived human hepatocytes (HLCM-HH) were challenged with HBV or HDV as monoinfection or HBV-HDV coinfection, followed by the extraction of total cellular RNA for the subsequent poly-A based mRNA sequencing analysis.
