The Sony Cybershot Camera was deployed on 2010-05-09 on ROPOS. This Remotely Operated Vehicle is operated by Canadian Scientific Submersible Facility (CSSF). This device is a Still Camera. Underwater still cameras are mainly used for high resolution imaging on Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) during maintenance expeditions. It was deployed on a mobile platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 3.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
