Piezoeletric Cold Atmospheric Plasma Induces Cancer Cell Death and Disrupts Cancer Cell Survival in Hepatocellular Carcinoma through Multi-pathway Regulation

To explore whether Piezo-CAP induced apoptosis and autophagy through inhibiting multiple cancer survival pathways together of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro and in vivo. RNA-sequence (RNA-seq), Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) were utilized to investigate the mechanism of Piezo-CAP treatment HCC cells. Overall design: RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to detect the mRNA expression profiles of Piezo-CAP treated liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) cells using the HiSeq3000 System (Illumina, USA).
