The archive contains point clouds generated with a borescopic fringe projection system Viboscop(TM). The features measured are: 1mm gap, 1 mm cylinder, 6 mm cylinder and 10 mm cylinder. The features where measured to characterize the measurement uncertainty. The raw data has been filtered to extract the features measured. The point clouds are either in PLY file format or simple ASCII files. The ply files may be viewd using meshlab.<br>
