Car Parking / PPTN Area

Area that is impacted by the reduced car parking requirements for uses in commercial areas and for land within walking distance of high-quality public transport.\n\nFor land within 400m of public transport (as shown on the new Principal Public Transport Network Area Maps, the reduced carparking rates specified in Column B of Table 1 in Clause 52.06 will apply. These rates will apply to the whole of a site, even if it is only part of the site which is within the PPTN Area

受商业区业态机动车停车配建要求降低政策，以及高品质公共交通步行可达范围内土地停车配建要求降低政策影响的区域。
对于公共交通400米范围内的土地（以新版主要公共交通网络（Principal Public Transport Network，简称PPTN）区域地图标注为准），本条款52.06中表1的B列所规定的机动车停车配建降低标准将予以适用。即便地块仅部分区域处于PPTN覆盖范围内，该标准仍适用于整个地块。
