Competitive binding of E3 ligases TRIM26 and WWP2 controls SOX2 in glioblastoma

This repository contains proteomics data and 10x Genomics single-cell RNA sequencing data for "Competitive binding of E3 ligases TRIM26 and WWP2 controls SOX2 in glioblastoma." Proteomics data for three samples (one IgG control and two replicates of the SOX2 IP) is stored in the file ProteomicsData.zip. scRNAseq for four samples (from three tumors) is stored in a Seurat object (Cycling.SCT.PCA.UMAP.TSNE.CLUST.200522.rds). Raw fastq files have been deposited in Annotare. As of 9/18/20, they are still in the curation stage.本仓库收录了题为《泛素连接酶TRIM26与WWP2的竞争性结合调控胶质母细胞瘤中SOX2》的研究相关蛋白质组学数据与10x Genomics单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）数据。其中，针对3个样本（1个IgG对照样本与2份SOX2免疫沉淀（Immunoprecipitation, IP）重复样本）的蛋白质组学数据存储于文件ProteomicsData.zip中；针对来自3个肿瘤的4个样本的单细胞RNA测序数据则存储于Seurat对象文件Cycling.SCT.PCA.UMAP.TSNE.CLUST.200522.rds内。原始fastq格式测序文件已提交至Annotare数据库，截至2020年9月18日，该数据集仍处于编目审核阶段。
