Phenotypic data of ZmPRX1 gene overexpression and mutant materials

The Supplementary Data (Total 20) table file mainly contains phenotypic data and dual luciferase quantitative data of normal and drought treated seedlings determined for overexpression and mutation of the ZmPRX1 gene. There are a total of 20 sheets, mainly including root phenotype, root lignin content, survival rate, electrical conductivity, drought resistance related substance content, and dual luciferase data. The "plantCARE" table file is a prediction of the upstream 2kb promoter cis acting elements of the ZmPRX1 gene through the plantCARE database.
