Whole genome sequencing of clinical isolate Acinetobacter baumannii

We study tolerization mechanism of antimicrobials and use Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from some clinical sample. This strain shows drug-resistance to various kinds of antibiotics. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of carbapernem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, and compare the sequences to those of related species.
