Data on deviation from reference condition of southern Canadian lakes (2017-2019) and additive color map comparing lake state, threats and recreational use

This dataset accompanies the paper Dupont et al. (2023) published in Facets on the social-ecological geography of southern Canadian Lakes. For abbreviations in the deviation_lakePulse.csv, see the paper available at https://doi.org/10.1139/facets-2023-0025 Additionally, "dev" stand for deviation and "t" at the end of variable name indicate the data was transform prior to computation of deviation.
